We love their wine; the quality is amazing, the packaging is beautiful, it makes the perfect gift and is a local business doing a world class job!In the words of Henry...'This release signifies the future make up of this wine after years of trialing various blends. 30% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Meunier, 50% Pinot Noir (7% Red) and 30% barrel fermentation is the formula we feel brings the best out of this wine. The aim is to still demonstrate Pinot vintage expression with a key component being the 7% red wine addition. The Chardonnay is there to balance everything out and give the wine a finesse and seamless structure that makes it a sumptuous drinking experience.'
