£31.00
Jean-Paul Deville is situated in Verzy and produces great wines and provides excellent value.  The blend is dominated by Grand Cru Pinot Noir grapes (75%); it is an elegant style but with some richness and depth.

Akarua Brut Rose NV

£25.95
Akarua, owned by the Skeggs family, were among the first people to buy and plant vineyard land in Central Otago in the mid 1990s. As well as producing amazing Pinot Noir, they went on to prove, with the help of Tony Jordan, that Otago is a great place to make sparkling wine. This beautiful, elegant Rose is a blend of 68% Pinot Noir and 32% Chardonnay; it has complex flavours of wild strawberry and brioche and is on a par with great Rose from Champagnge.

Champagne Beaumont de Crayeres Brut NV

£32.95

Harrow & Hope Blanc de Blancs

£37.95
Henry & Kaye Laithwaite are making World Class sparkling wine just on our doorstop in Buckinghamshire. This Blanc de Blancs is up there with the very best and was just awarded top place in a Decanter Magazine Blanc de Blancs tasting (97 points)! Elegant but with great depth of flavour and just the right amount of toasty richness, this is pure class! The perfect aperitif, but also great with shellfish and lighter fish dishes.

Harrow & Hope Brut Reserve NV

£33.95
From Marlow, Henry & Kate Laithwaite make some stunning sparkling wines. This Brut Reserve is a classic Champagne blend which has real elegance and balance. A seriously good fizz that is superior to most NV Grand Marques…and it’s from Buckinghamshire. We love this wine; the quality is amazing, the packaging is beautiful, it makes the perfect gift and is a local business doing a world class job!

Principe Corsini Sparkling Rose, Le Corti

£19.95
A beautiful, pale sparkling Rose made from Sangiovese in the heart of the Chianti area of Tuscany. Drier and with more flavour than Prosecco, and great value compared to Rose Champagne. Elegant and sophisticated, this makes the perfect aperitif, or the perfect accompaniment to a romantic meal!

Prosecco ‘Chloe’, Althea, Veneto, Italy

£13.95
Our house Prosecco for many years now and a real step up from the supermarket standard. This family-run estate makes beautifully balanced wine which is frothy, creamy and gluggable - just what Prosecco should be!

Rochebouet ‘Cave Extreme’ Extra Brut NV

£18.95
50% Chardonnay and 50%Pinot Noir

French born Jean-Edouard de Rochebouët is a man who knows a thing or two about sparkling wine; he helped pioneer 'méthode champenoise' wines from Argentina in the early days of Domaine Chandon in Mendoza. What's not to love about this? Deliciously fruity and finely balanced with superb brioche and shortbread notes on the nose due to its spending 12 months on the lees in bottle, very pale pink in colour with tiny bubbles.
