Savigny les Beaune 1er Cru ‘Aux Vergelesses 2017, Domaine Simon Bize
£58.00
Domaine Simon Bize is the benchmark producer in Savigny; founded in 1868, they have consistently produced stunning wines.
This Pinot Noir is medium-bodied with beautiful fragrance of wild strawberries and cherry. This is supple and charming enough now but will repay keeping for 5-10 years.
Perfect with roast lamb or pork, pork with mushrooms or perhaps Shepherds Pie!
