6 cracking wines handpicked by our wine buyer Mike Boniface. The 6 wines included have been specially selected to go with your Christmas meal. It includes an English sparkling, that is perfect with smoked salmon and a delicious white from New Zealand to quaff whilst preparing the meal. For the main course Mike has picked a couple of fabulous options that include a rich Chablis and delicious Pinot from the Adelaide Hills. If you like the classics there is lovely Bordeaux that could be enjoyed with our fabulous Christmas Cheese Selections, as well as a complex Port to pair with the Stichelton. We Three Kings Wine Selection
The We Three Kings Wine Selection includes, Port Niepoort LBV for the Stichelton, Harrow & Hope Sparkling for the truffled brie and Giant Steps Sexton Vineyard Chardonay for the Mrs Kirkham’s Lancashire. This is genuinely one of the most perfect pairings that we have put together. It is quite a hard job having to find what works best and after many hours of tasting Mike, Justin, James and the team giggled and agreed that this was absolutely brilliant! The Middlemas Box
This is a carefully selected bunch of wines to cover the bit in between Christmas & New Years Eve, we like to call it Middlemas. There is a lovely Prosecco that has been a firm favourite for well over a decade at No2. Other wines included have been chosen as easy and delicious wines to enjoy with or without food. We have even chosen a wine that goes perfectly with turkey sandwiches! One of the favourites here is the organic Macabeo, it is super fresh with a deep rich flavour, stonking with smoked fish and a great aperitif.
